What To Expect During Your Trial
01: Signing Up For A Class
You'll chat with one of our coaches through call, email, or text to set up a day and time that works best for you.
02: Arriving to the studio
Arrive 15 minutes early - We close the doors when class starts, don’t be late!
You'll meet your coach as soon as you walk in the door. Your coach will give you a studio tour followed by an explanation of the class and help gathering the equipment you'll use.
03: Your First Workout
Your experienced coach is here to help! We can modify anything to meet you where you're at so you get the best workout for you, regardless of fitness level.
