Formed in 2019 as a community center program with a group of friends, IBX Fitness has since evolved into one of the best gyms in the East Bay Area to provide fitness that can be maintained for your whole life.

Strength builds muscle, cardio keeps the heart pumping, but we wanted to find a better way to connect these two training styles that could provide the best of both worlds.

We created Iron Flow to bridge this gap by connecting weighted exercises through a seamless flow. Through Iron Flow, you’ll work several muscle groups simultaneously across multiple planes of motion.

Our workouts will help you build strength, enhance endurance, and feel confident. Our experienced coaches are here to guide you every step of the way.
