Strolling Through September!

This September we made our first appearances at The Solano Stroll 2022 on 9/11 & at East Brother's Oktoberfest on 9/25. It was great month of connecting to the local community and bringing the joy of Group Fitness outside the studio.

From 10am to 5pm Coach/Owner Ian & Coach/General Manager Evee were ready to go! We had over 80 people win 3 Free Classes by playing our Slam Ball game. We talked to over 100 different community members and had a blast. Did you hear that over 100,000 people were at this years stroll?

We've got 9 awesome members so far from the Stroll plus a few Punchcard IBX-ers! It was BIG DAY for Albany & Berkeley! We were so glad to be there!

On October 25th we had a blast at East Brother in Richmond. They held an Oktoberfest and we joined in on the fun by hosting The IBX Games! We played 5 games over the course of the day. From Stein-holding to an epic relay race! We enjoyed the delicious beer and the community that East Brother brings out. Folks enjoyed rooting for their loved one as they played the games! Each winner went home with over $300 in goodies! Everyone who participated received 3 Free Classes from us!
